You may return any item purchased from Vitaminsupplementwebsite within thirty (30) days of purchase (the product ship date being the date of purchase). However, prior to the returning of any merchandise, you must send an e-mail to with following information in order for us to authorize and process your return:

  1. Name
  2. Order number
  3. Product(s) being returned
  4. Reason(s) for return
  5. E-mail address
  6. Daytime phone number

Vitaminsupplementwebsite will promptly issue you an authorization code. You will subsequently receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable original shipping and handling charges) for any returned items, unopened / undamaged / unmarked (sellable condition), in the original form of payment or, if preferred, a merchandise credit. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

Product returns must be carefully packaged, insured, and accompanied by a tracking number. If the return is not insured, becomes lost or damaged, we will not issue a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return item(s) within the 30 day period. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Any item(s) returned without a proper authorization code will be rejected.

Closeout, discontinued or expired products may not be returned.

Shortages / Incorrect Orders

Our packaging process incorporates a multi-check system which keeps errors such as shortages (i.e. incomplete shipments) and mis-shipments (i.e. wrong orders) to a minimum. However, on the rare occasion an error does occur, send a detailed explanation, via e-mail, to within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. If it is determined that any item(s) need to be returned, Vitaminsupplementwebsite will pay the return shipping fees and schedule a package pick-up.

Backorders / Out of Stock / Discontinued Items

Backorders / Out of Stock / Discontinued items do not happen very often, but if an item(s) happens to be on "Backorder," "Out of Stock," or "Discontinued"  the following will occur:

If ALL of your items are on "Backorder" and/or "Out of Stock" you can:

  1. Still order the product, and we will ship it to you as soon as it is back in stock (usually 24 -48 hours) or;
  2. Change the item(s) or cancel the order at any time prior to it being shipped to you.

If PART of your order is on "Backorder"  and/or "Out of Stock" we may:

  1. Ship stocked item(s) to you immediately, backorder the out of stock item(s), and ship it to you when it becomes available (within a reasonable time) or;
  2. If the backordered item(s) will be in stock within only a day or two, we may hold the full order until everything is in stock, then ship it to you or;
  3. Cancel the order at any time prior to it being shipped to you.

If ALL of your order includes item(s) that has been discontinued by the manufacturer, out of stock and back ordered with no expected restock date, we may:

  1. Cancel your order and issue you a full refund if ALL of the order consists or a combination of discontinued, out of stock and back ordered with no expected restock date product(s).

If PART of your order includes any item(s) that has been discontinued by the manufacturer you can:

  1. Have the product(s) that are in stock ship to you and receive a credit for any discontinued item(s) that were part of the initial order or;
  2. Change the item(s) or cancel the order at any time prior to an in stock item(s) being shipped to you.

FINALLY, if we split an order, based in the aforementioned, our customers will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Damaged Products

If any of your products arrive damaged, you must immediately report the damage to the carrier who delivered your package (i.e. UPS, FEDEX, and USPS). Secondly, contact us via e-mail at, and include your order number, daytime phone number, the nature of the damages, and the date / time you reported the damage to the carrier.

Vitaminsupplementwebsite will follow-up with the carrier regarding the damaged shipment. Consequently, if the carrier determines the package was damaged during shipment, and approves the claim, you then have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund. Whether you choose to replace the product or recive a full refund, the damaged product must be returned (carefully packaged, insured, and accompanied by a tracking number) within thirty (30) days of purchase (the product ship date being the date of purchase). If the return is not insured and becomes lost, we will not issue a refund.

Incidentally, if you receive bars that have melted because exposure to high temperatures during transit (i.e. conditions inside carrier truck), this will not be classified as damaged product. This is important to know if you live in an area where the summer temperatures consistently exceed 90ºF. Hence, it is recommended to place melted bars in a cool place (i.e. refrigerator) for a couple of hours before opening.
